The cottage has 1 king size bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, a bathroom with walk-in shower and a large open plan living space incorporating a fully fitted kitchen, dining area & lounge with French doors opening onto a patio and the stunning views of Sanaig Bay below. The courtyard has ample parking for 2/3 cars. The entrance to the cottage from the courtyard is via a short, paved & walled path, making it suitable for wheelchair access.

The fully fitted kitchen has a breakfast bar with four chairs; fridge freezer; washing machine; tumble dryer; dish washer and an electric oven & hob. There is ample quality crockery, cookware and utensils for all your dining needs.

The focal point of the lounge is a stunning modern wall mounted electric fire. The lounge is furnished with a beautiful contemporary leather suite which includes a chaise; coffee table & occasional tables; a large screen HD LCD TV with Freeview & DVD player.

The master bedroom, like the rest of the cottage, is a beautifully finished modern room. It has a wonderfully sumptuous king sized bed; built in wardrobe offering ample storage space while the delightful loveseat provides the perfect location to curl up, unwind and gaze upon the surrounding countryside.

The twin bedroom is light and airy with two single beds every bit as sumptuous and inviting as the king bed. The built in wardrobe provides ample storage space.

Pease note that there is no mobile phone reception in or in the immediate vicinity of the cottage and that for the comfort of future guests, pets and smoking within the cottage is strictly prohibited.

The bathroom is stunning. It has a chic, contemporary three piece suite with full size bath. It also has a fabulous walk-in shower. The floor and walls (wet areas) are beautifully tiled, giving a real feeling of luxury as you bathe. There is also a wall mounted ladder towel warmer.
